What We Do:

The Governance and Bylaws Committee is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and drafting proposed revisions to the bylaws, standing orders, policy manual, and other governance documents to the Bylaws Committee, which will provide recommendations to the Board for discussion and final action pursuant to CNCL and LACCRA’s governing documents.
